It is in a coastal city in the southern Indian state of Kerala. It was an important spice trade center near Kappad Beach, where the Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama landed in 1498. Chennai

Decorated with carved and painted deities, and the 17th-century Anglican Church of St. Mary.
Despite being a metropolis, Chennai showcases the perfect blend of art, architecture, dance, music, and theatre. We know Chennai as the largest cultural and economic center in the south, known as Madras. The city is home to several Hindu temples, churches, and museums.
Nagpur
Nagpur is a large city in the central Indian state of Maharashtra. The 19th-century Nagpur Central Museum showcases found objects including fossils, sarcophagi, and Mughal weapons. The Raman Science Centre has interactive exhibits and a planetarium. Sitabuldi Fort on Sitabuldi Hill was the site of the 1817 battle. In the southwest, the massive dome Deekshabhoomi is a Buddhist monument and place of pilgrimage.
Apart from being the site for the yearlong winter conference of the Maharashtra state assembly “Vidhan Sabha”. Nagpur is also the primary market and political center of Maharashtra state’s Vidhana region. Also recognized for its known communal as the “Orange City”. Important wholesale center for growing oranges in the territory. The city attained political value as the headquarters of the RSS and a powerful place for the Buddhist faction.
